Augmentation CCT de 1,1 % en 07/2017 pour les salaires minimums.
Si aucune concertation d'entreprise n'est entamée avant le 30 juin 2017 au sujet de l'enveloppe ou si la concertation n'a pas débouché sur la conclusion d'une convention collective de travail avant le 30 juin 2017 ou le cas échéant avant le 30 septembre 2017, tous les salaires horaires bruts effectifs et barémiques des ouvriers seront augmentés de 1,1 % au 1er juillet 2017, y compris les primes d'équipes et de production non exprimées en pourcent, à moins qu'il n'existe d'autres dispositions conventionnelles au niveau de l'entreprise.
Indexation de 1,69% en 07/2017. En cas d’indexation en application des CCT sectorielles, les salaires minimums et les salaires réels sont indexés.
L'augmentation prévue dans la CCT est appliquée avant l'indexation.
Ce sous-secteur n'est pas une Sous-commission paritaire officielle (SCP). Cependant, les données de salaires ci-dessous sont reprises dans les CCT's sectorielles de la Commission paritaire officielle (CP 111).
Outre le salaire minimum "national" il y a les salaires minimums régionaux, lesquels sont repris dans les autres Sous-commissions paritaires de la CP 111. Pour le choix du barème régionial il faut prendre en considération le province dans lequel est situé le siège d'exploitation. Les salaires minimums des entreprises de montage de ponts et charpentes métalliques sont repris dans la SCP 1110030.
Les salaires des jeunes ont été supprimés à partir du 01/01/2012. En conséquence, la CCT 50 relative à la garantie d’un revenu minimum mensuel moyen aux travailleurs âgés de moins de 21 ans n'est pas d’application pour ces salaires minimums sectoriels (sauf pour les étudiants le cas échéant). La CCT 43 du CNT relative à la garantie d’un revenu minimum mensuel est bien d’application.
